Dogs on the ground when it matters.
In Texas, state law does not allow the use of drones to locate or recover wounded game animals, so we do not offer drone-based deer recovery services. Instead, we rely on something far more time-tested and effective for blood trailing—well-trained tracking dogs handled by experienced professionals. These K9 teams specialize in following faint blood, interdigital scent, and stress odor that humans simply can’t detect, even in thick brush or after the visible sign has disappeared. While our drones are incredibly useful for many types of wildlife work, when it comes to recovering your deer in a way that’s both ethical and compliant with Texas regulations, a skilled blood dog is still the gold standard. That’s why we maintain a trusted network of proven dog handlers we can connect you with when you need help finding your deer.
